I “kinda like” looking at some of the first pictures that were taken at the beginning of the project.  Here are a few showing the test fit for the Firewall & Floor sections of the car.

The 4-door will feature the same exact Factory quality as the Exhaust Systems we currently manufacture!  

Someone had called and asked about what we did to fabricate the Door Skins.  They had to be cut and shaped from scratch.  I was able to dig up some older pictures of the “custom” units that were crimped and attached to the (altered) Door Frames.  Below are some close ups of the top backside section of the Passenger rear Door.  It was important to form the shape and crimps to be uniform in width and consistent throughout the entire vehicle.  You can see the top section that has already been crimped and the lower section that is still bent in a 90 degree angle.  When you look at the crimped sections around the Door edges, they are the same “Factory” width throughout the entire Door perimeter.

Ooops!  I forgot it was a 4 Door Cuda that is the subject at hand.  I don’t want the Challenger pictures to confuse things even more.  Here is the CUDA that Steve and I did in 2004.   

I know that the Concept 4 Door Barracuda has looked very rough in the pictures I have posted to this point.  The first picture below shows the starting point of the Challenger that we restored in 2007.  The photos that follow show how the car turned out.  I guarantee that Steve and I will have this Concept 4 Door looking like a new car that was built on a Chrysler Assembly Line.  Stay tuned!
