Here are a couple of pictures showing the difference that the Stainless Drip Rail & Door Belt Molding made in the Window opening appearances. As stated in an earlier post, adding this Trim made the Frame openings look smaller. The Trim, along with the black Vinyl Top, allows the overall appearance of the side profile to look Factory correct…….just as engineered and planned!

Torsion Rods

Here are a few pictures showing the stages for dipping and color coding the Torsion Rods. We used a closed ended PVC Tube with the top section removed for dipping access. A thick Enamel black paint was used to match the correct Factory finish. One of the photos shows the drips that resulted from the process. After the paint was cured, the correct silver identification stripes were applied. The silver color designated Torsion Rods for a 340 Barracuda. Two stripes were used to identify the Driver (left) side and a single stripe to identify the Passenger (right) side.

Sunday Funnies…..

Here’s a kind gesture to my faithful forum followers who spend their entire day typing away at their keyboards. If it will help to provide the substantiation they so desperately desire, I’ll be happy to forward them an autographed copy of my 4 Door Barracuda Project.

A minor setback….

This off topic message goes out to my good Friend Brian Kapral. Yes, I did in fact tear another Shoulder Tendon a few weeks ago. It’s the result of too many arm-bars and over training. Not a big deal though. It’s my fifth rota-tor cuff Surgery (3 on the left and 2 on the right) and I’ll be back to do the same crazy things in a few weeks. It was a mild setback with working on this Project but I adjusted my efforts to do things that do not require using both arms at the same time. Here are a couple of photos showing the damage. It has since been repaired and on the mend.

Here are a few photos showing the Custom Exhaust System manufactured & designed specifically for this 4 Door Concept Barracuda. We made every component from front to rear. The Head pipes are made from a Stainless Steel stock that looks like bare metal. They incorporate the weld seam that runs the entire length of the pipe and will never rust. The California Turn Down Mufflers, along with the other Pipe components, are manufactured by my Company (ECS Automotive Concepts) and are an exact reproduction of the units that came from the Factory.
